Frequently Asked Questions
Are all your urns handmade?
Yes. Every urn is built, sanded, and finished by hand. No two pieces are ever identical, and each one is made with care and respect for the person it’s created to honor.
How long does it take to complete an urn?
Because every piece is handcrafted, timing depends on the design and details. Our goal is to get all urns out within 3-5 days, however special requests or more elaborate designs may take longer. We’ll always communicate clearly about timelines.
Can I request a specific wood type or design?
Of course. Families often choose woods that hold meaning for them. Oak, cherry, walnut, ash, hickory, birch, alder, pine, maple or combinations of these. Each request is welcomed and made to reflect your vision.
Can I add engraving or personalization?
Yes. Names, dates, quotes, or custom messages can be added. We’ll work with you to make sure the design fits beautifully and feels right for your loved one.
What makes your urns different?
Each urn is personal. It’s not about mass production. It’s about creating something meaningful that carries both craftsmanship and compassion.
Do you ship outside of Wisconsin?
Yes. We ship across the U.S., with every urn carefully packaged and protected to ensure it arrives safely.
