We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. At this time, we do not offer international or overseas shipping.
Each piece is handcrafted to order and securely packaged to ensure safe delivery.
We may charge a flat rate for shipping and handling or include it in the item price as a prepaid option — this will be clearly stated at checkout. We use Pirate Ship to offer our customers the best available rates for small business shipping. All shipping labels are printed in-house for accuracy and care.
Custom Orders
Because each urn is made to the family’s specifications, custom pieces are non-returnable once approved and completed. This includes items personalized with names, dates, or engraved text provided by the customer.
Returns
With each urn custom made, we do not except returns. All urns are insured for shipping
